South Fairway Drive - Beaver Creek

 This 7000 sq ft six bedroom and seven bathroom home is located inside the Resort, and above one of the fairways of the Resorts golf course. It incorporates many living spaces, enormous stone fire places, a steam room, spa tubs and jacuzzi all of which make it a haven to relax in after an energetic day on the ski slopes.

There are three separate lounge areas over four floors that include a theater and games room.

The home has been decorated and furnished with the mountain lifestyle in mind, and it is equipped with everything you need make your vacation a pleasure.

There are two bedrooms on the main living floor - the master bedroom, with the other bedroom able to be configured as either two singles or a queen.

It's an entertainer's dream with a fully equipped walk-up bar, pool table and games room on the main floor.

Also on this floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room and breakfast nook and one of the homes two laundries.

The second floor has a living room with a drinks/mini bar station and three more bedrooms - two queens and one that can be configured as a single or queen. You will also find the second laundry which leads to the three car garaging.

Each of the two main living floors lead onto their own private deck that overlooks the golf course. The lowest floor has the remaining bedroom, gym and theater room.

The Living areas all have a 42' Plasma TV and surround-sound audio systems. The bedrooms have LCD's,DVD players and cable TV. There is a pre-programmed iPod, X-box 360 and Playstation 2, a laptop with high-speed Internet with Wi-fi and a Printer/copier/fax/scanner. There is also a large library of DVDs, books and games.
