Private Residence Clubs and Luxury Fractional Property

The Puerto Aventuras Residence Club offers luxury fractional ownership in the only gated community on the Mexican Caribbean coast.

The Puerto Aventuras resort is located just 55 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport on the Riviera Maya on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula (see map to right). The resort has its own golf course and marina (pictured below) and provides many activities to both guests and residents. There are numerous quaint shops, and restaurants and also a church within the resort. Tennis and volleyball are other popular activities and the marina makes it easy to enjoy a day of sport fishing.

Within a 20 to 30 minutes drive from the resort there are a variety of ecological attractions with interesting and exotic birds, monkeys and tropical jungles to explore. Numerous Mayan ruins and archaeological sites such as Tulum and Coba are also within 45 minutes and the major world Heritage site of Chichen Itza a is a couple of hours away.

Diving and snorkeling along the local coral reefs are other popular activities. These can be enjoyed right from the resort.

The customized one, two and three bedroom club residences are designer decorated with Caribbean décor and are fully furnished. They have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in showers and for those who want to stay in contact with the office or keep up to date with email there's also high speed internet in each residence.

Residence club member owners can choose from one of 3 locations within the resort; by the marina, the beach or the lagoon. Each of the residences in the club also has a daily maid service.

The residence club provides a variety of services to its member owners in addition to all the facilities that are available within the overall resort. The club has its own clubhouse, fitness center, private pool and private beach and offers free bicycles and kayaks as well as a concierge service.

Each member owns a four week fraction, of a residence as well as an interest in the club facilities and common areas. The price of ownership varies depending on the size and location of the residence but starts at around $50k. Annual dues, which cover all the property maintenance, upkeep and club shared facilities, vary from $1,000 to $2,000 a year.
