Description: The Cabin Club at Fox Acres is owned and enjoyed much like a private golf country club. Cabin Club owners have access to all residences, with the right to use anytime, subject only to reservation policies. With only six owners per residence, Cabin Club owners have abundant and flexible use of their club. Like other forms of real estate, ownership may be sold, willed, transferred or placed in a trust at any time.
