Using natural materials, and fine finishes and the pride of the artisan and craftsman that is apparent in every last handmade detail — from the custom wrought iron and woodwork to the hand-painted tiles and custom dishware. The stone is locally quarried. Every tile is custom-made in Tlaquepaque for Capella Pedregal and nowhere else. Arbors and wood trellises are hand-hewn from regional woods.

Owners of 1/8 shares can choose either 3 or 4 bedroom villas. Each Residence features two plunge pools with infinity edges, so the ocean appears to lead right to your door. Full-length glass pocket doors slide silently open, blurring the line between outdoors and in, and affording each Residence its own unique views. As a member you can also reserve a number of villas to use at the same time for large get-togethers.

The signature Auriga Spa is steeped in the tradition of Mexican folk healers, known as Curanderos, who support healing in the three realms — material, spiritual and mental.

The Beach club has amazing pools and water features, restaurants, lounges, plasma TVs, showers, locker rooms and valet service.

The Yacht Club has Sport Fisher and Sport Cruiser vessels, fully maintained, with a professional captain and crew who have expert knowledge of local waters.
