Description: Sugarbush is laying the foundation for its second half-century and improving the way it welcomes skiers and riders with a complete transformation of the Lincoln Peak base area. The first stage will feature the construction of the luxury slopeside residences of Clay Brook at Sugarbush.

An all-new Base Lodge, the addition of Timbers, a round post and beam restaurant, open to the public 365 days per year, will transform the Sugarbush guest experience as Clay Brook at Sugarbush know it. Additionally, Guest Service Center will provide the convenience of all services and amenities under one roof and will be a fitting complement to both Lincoln Peak Village and the Mad River Valley that surrounds us.
