The partnership will offer exchange opportunties and discounted rates at Utopian's properties to Elite Alliance members. In addition, Elite Alliance will serve as the exclusive exchange provider for Utopian's homeowners.

Park City-based Utopian Luxury Vacation Homes will offer Elite Alliance's members access to a portfolio of vacation homes valued at $100m, with destinations including Jackson Hole, Deer Valley, Aspen/Snowmass, and Anguilla.
