1 huge master suite, 1 smaller master suite both with balconey to sit out on and 2 normal sized bedrooms all on second floor. All have private bath. Also a laundry room with state of the art machines.
First floor has a large garage, golf cart to arrive soon, biggest kitchen I have ever worked in with multiple sinks, large island, wonderful Wolf oven and Miele dishwasher. Beautiful granite countertops make clean-up quick. Very well stocked with everything one could want and believe me we cooked every day there.
Large livingroom, dining room and den with PC and printer. Outside there is a pool with hot-tub which backs up to an outdoor living area complete with bathroom, sink, fridge and large BBQ. There is also an outdoor dining area. Not a huge back yard but very well appointed and extremely private.
The location is great as well. 11 minute walk to a beautiful beach and half that time to shopping. Some good restaurants a few minutes away too. Overall the opinion of all was that it was a great time and we can't wait to go back.
