The Cape Codder Residence Club is nestled in the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Cape Cod forms the easternmost portion of Massachusetts and is separated from the state by a canal and a series of bridges. With some of the most breathtaking scenery on the east coast, the Cape makes it easy to escape from the hectic pace of everyday life.

Visitors to the Cape can spend time on the never-ending beaches, go whale watching, sailing or boating in the Nantucket Sound, shop in one of the many picturesque towns, indulge in fresh seafood and fine dining, play golf on one of the many fairways, bike on wooded trails, take a scenic drive along historic Route 6A and enjoy the local art and culture.

The 15 customized two and three bedroom club residences are tastefully decorated and furnished in traditional Cape Cod style. Residences have 1,375 to 1,825 square feet of indoor/outdoor living spaces, including private terraces. Each residence has beautiful hardwood floors, a full kitchen with granite countertops and luxury appliances, Great room with cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace, dining room, whirlpool bath, steam shower and heated tile floors. Each bedroom and Great room comes equipped with a large screen HD LCD television.

To stay in touch with the outside, owner members can use the high-speed wireless internet access, personal computer, and printer.

Fully accessible to all owners, The Cape Codder Resort & Spa offers some exciting amenities. The resort is home to a 30,000 square foot indoor water park with retractable roof. Inside the park is a wave pool, lazy river, water slides, pool-side dining, Jacuzzi and more. Other resort amenities include the Beach Plum Spa, state of the art fitness center, outdoor adult-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fine dining, live jazz and courtyard entertainment, and nightly bonfires.

The residence club provides a variety of services to its member owners in addition to all the facilities that are available within the overall resort. The club concierge is available to schedule spa appointments, dinner reservations, tee times, and in-home chef's services. Pre-arrival grocery shopping can easily be arranged, along with storage of belongings, shuttles to beaches and shopping.

As members of the club, owners are not limited to staying at the same location every time they go on vacation. The club offers a Resort to Resort Exchange program with access to over 155 properties at over 30 premier resort destinations around the world.

Each member owns a one-tenth fraction of a residence. The one-tenth guarantees a minimum of 35 days of usage plus space available time. Founder's pricing starts in the mid $100,000s. Each fractional owner receives a fee simple undivided 1/10th deeded interest in a condominium unit. These fractional interests can be mortgaged, resold, or willed to a loved one.
