Garden Valley Dockside is the first private residence club in East Texas. For a fraction of the cost of a second home, you can enjoy four weeks of lodging in a fully furnished, two-bedroom lakeside cabin. You will own a freely sellable piece of real estate, professionally managed by the Garden Valley staff.

Garden Valley is a resort community located one hour east of Dallas on Interstate 20. The resort includes 700 acres, 3 lakes and 27 holes of golf plus clubhouse and practice facilities. Garden Valley Dockside is a private residence club. The two bedroom cabins are located on a beautiful lake and adjacent to the 18th green and clubhouse. The cabins are fully furnished, including a stone fireplace, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and large front porch. Ownership interests are currently available at $40,000 for four weeks of annual use, including membership in the Garden Valley Golf Club.
