Ocean breezes but not windy. The average monthly high only varies 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The coldest average monthly high is 78 degrees, and the hottest average monthly high is 83 degrees. You can enjoy this area 12 months of the year. The humidity is in the 60's and 70's year round, not shooting in to the 90's like the east coast often does in the spring and summer."
