Description: The Isle de France Club is designed for the exclusive use of its Members and their guests. Offering one and two bedroom club villas, most with kitchens and private pools, Isle de France Club Members enjoyed the amenities and services offered by the internationally renowned Isle de France Hotel including a beach club, beachfront pool, beachfront restaurant, room service, world-class spa, exercise room, tennis court and inter-island transportation.

Membership at the Isle de France Club provides for the ownership of a beneficial interest in an U.S. Trust which has a 75 year lease to use the Isle de France Club’s luxury vacation villas with five-star amenities and services while significantly reducing the financial burden of that ownership interest in a multi-million dollar villa. Membership provides for flexible and generous use of the Club’s luxury residences along with use of other FOLIO Collection properties.

Owners have abundant and flexible use of their luxurious private club accommodations for five weeks per year and six weeks for the holiday period. Your weeks can be used at the Pond Bay Club with one week dedicated to a shared usage pool which includes other FOLIO properties.
