The new program allows potential equity owners to stay for up to four nights for $650 per night. Four Lifestyle Assets vacation homes in four different locations are available through this program.
"A Discovery Trip is absolutely the best way to get a flavor for Lifestyle Asset Group' portfolio of luxury vacation properties," explained Lifestyle Assets' CEO, Rich Keith. "These four stunning properties are characteristic of the assets we're acquiring for our Eastern Region and Western Region groups. Once someone spends a few days enjoying one of these magnificent homes, they will understand the quality level Lifestyle Asset Group is delivering with our Collective Asset Ownership model."
The four homes are:
- A four-bedroom, 4,770-square-foot Antebellum mansion in Charleston, S.C. Located in the Old and Historic District, the restored, 200-year-old home blends historic preservation with just the right amount of modern conveniences. Guests will appreciate the 1,800 square-foot patio for outdoor dinner parties and late-night cocktails.
- A five-bedroom, tropical residence in the Caletón Estates in Cap Cana. While staying at the Dominican Republic hideaway, guests and their families will enjoy member access to the Punta Espada Golf Club and Caletón Beach Club, with a terraced swimming pool, spa treatments and full-service dining.
- An expansive, four-bedroom villa overlooking the Ocean Course, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, in the Cabo de Sol premier residential community in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (pictured above). Amenities include a fire pit, infinity pool, swim-up pool bar and spa.
- The Blue Sky Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah. This beautiful luxury home features more than 6,700 square feet with five bedrooms and ski area views.
The $650 fee is refunded if the guest becomes an equity owner .
Several destination clubs publicly offer trial stays for prospective members. If you're looking into joining a club it's well worth asking if you can visit the clubs properties and stay for a few days. Most clubs will charge for this trip, and will limit the timing and availability so as not to impinge on times that are popular with full members.
Lifestyle Assets launched their shared vacation home offering just a few months ago. Shortly after launch they announced David Feherty had been retained as advisor and spokesman. A former European Tour and PGA Tour professional golfer, Feherty is a golf commentator for CBS Sports, as well as a golf columnist and videogame personality.
"My wife, Anita, and I have known Rich Keith and his group for years," Feherty explained. "We've had the privilege of vacationing at two of the properties that are currently in the Lifestyle Asset Group portfolio -- Deer Valley, Utah and Casa Luz in Los Cabos -- and they are two of our favorite vacation homes that we've ever stayed in. With many resorts with golf in their plans, and many of their customers passionate about the game, I hope to bring a lot of value to the brand with my insights and contacts."
Feherty will counsel Lifestyle Asset Group in the acquisition of resort properties, as well as forge partnerships with like-minded, golf-related brands. As company spokesperson, he will make public appearances at Lifestyle Asset Group sponsored events and VIP events for Lifestyle Assets equity owners.
