A 15th-century palace is home to Palazzo Tornabuoni, a private residence club situated in an upscale shopping district in the heart of Florence.

The ResidencesOnce restoration is complete, the club will have 38 studio, one-bedroom, and two-to-three-bedroom residences available for occupancy. Residences have 890 (studio) to 2,300 square feet of living space featuring modern conveniences with genuine Renaissance-era features. The units are stylishly decorated with 15th to 21st century artwork, contemporary furnishings and Tuscan country décor. Antique marbled fireplaces, exposed brick and wood beams all add to the character of the Palace's accommodations.
The Resort and ClubManaged by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, members of the Palazzo Tornabuoni Private Residence Club will have all the benefits of belonging to a major hotel/resort chain. Some of the amenities members are privileged to are: the Private Club Room, Library and Cigar Room, Spa and Fitness Center, a private wine cellar where each member can store a selection of wines, clothing and equipment storage, a 24-hour concierge, pre-arrival grocery shopping, a local, private staff and private reception. Members also have special social privileges which include an automatic membership to Florence's Circolo del Tennis, the Centro Ippico Toscano riding school, and golf clubs throughout Italy. Members may also enjoy access to exclusive outings at private hunting lodges and resorts, reserved tours of local vineyards and more.
Each member owns a one-eighth fraction of a residence. This one-eighth allows members to use the property an unlimited amount subject only to the clubs reservation system. Once the 38 residences are sold, the Club will have a maximum of 304 members. Each fractional owner receives a transferable and willable membership in the Club. In the event that a member wishes to transfer their membership, any appreciation is accrued to that member. There are transfer fees, taxes and settlement costs attached to the transfer of a membership.
Memberships are divided into three categories according to the size of the residence. The initial fees for a studio start at 218,000, a one-bedroom is approximately 331,000, and a two or three-bedroom apartment runs from 549,000. Annual fees range from 8,240 to 21,110 depending on the unit size.
Additional fees per stay: Members will be charged anywhere from 215 to 500 for housekeeping services according to the size of accomodation. Also, members are responsible for any á la carte services, such as spa treatments, private dinners, excursions, phone charges and any relevant taxes.
