There are three ownership opportunities at The Sebastian-Vail and each provides deeded real estate ownership with usage of both two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences.
The Resort Membership is $225,000 and entitles owners to a minimum of two weeks exclusive usage each year (one week in winter and one week in summer). Owners may also enjoy additional space available and short notice vacations each year for the nominal cost of housekeeping.
The Residence Membership is $395,000 and entitles owners to a minimum of four weeks exclusive usage each year (two weeks in winter and two weeks in summer). Residence Owners may also enjoy additional space available and short notice vacations each year for the nominal cost of housekeeping.
There is also the option to purchase a Founders Club Membership for $755,000, which entitles owners to a minimum of eight weeks exclusive usage each year (four weeks in winter and four weeks in summer). Founders Club Owners may also enjoy additional space available and short notice vacations each year for the nominal cost of housekeeping.
