The Cottages II at Port Stanton offers a unique cottage ownership opportunity, unlike any other in Ontario , with access to the recreation facilities and services of a year-round lakeside resort. This new project combines the flexibility, range of services, and convenience of resort vacations – with the quality and privacy of exclusive cottage ownership. You can choose to purchase a care-free package of five weeks in a spacious two-bedroom lock-off cottage or in a beautiful three-bedroom semi-detached or fully detached cottage.

Cottage ownership consists of a voting membership in a not-for-profit association that holds the deed of the land and buildings in trust for the owners. Each owner is acquiring a beneficial interest in the property in perpetuity. This interest can be sold or willed to another party according to the By-laws of the association. The legal documents, including the Association By-Laws, set out the terms and conditions of ownership - assuring the quality of your vacation experience forever. Each owner chooses a Fixed Summer week (based on availability). The other four weeks; one week in each of Winter, Fall, Spring and Bonus seasons, will be booked through a reservation sequence (A to J) that is assigned to each owner upon purchase. The sequence of choosing weeks in each of the four seasons will rotate yearly between the owners of each cottage.
