Description: The Meridian Club is a private member-owned residence club comprised of luxurious furnished and appointed condominium homes at Porto Hussong. Membership will entitle those in the club to a fractional interest in one of the luxury condominiums. In effect, the concept of "fractional" ownership will provide The Meridian Club members with a luxurious vacation home of the highest quality complete with all the amenities and impeccable services offered by The Meridian Club management.
Located on the 10th and Penthouse levels of the 11-story buildings, the Meridian Club offers 14 luxurious fully furnished condominium homes with large terraces serviced by a 24-hour concierge service and daily maid service. The Meridian Club units range in size from 4,500 square feet to 7,400 square feet (including terraces), floor plans include three and four bedroom configurations, luxurious European “Becker” kitchens, Fractional owner’s storage lockers, private club facilities on the club floor, swimming pool, tennis courts, professional management with exchange privileges to major luxury destinations worldwide.
The Meridian Club at Porto Hussong will also offer an exclusive yacht in the marina for use by members and their guests. Prices for a fractional ownership share start at US$230,000 to US$300,000 for 1/10 ownership allowing for five weeks of use per calendar year. The Meridian Club will be offering ownership though a bank trust with Scotia Bank in Mexico, a division of the Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada. Title insurance and escrow services are offered through First American Title Insurance Company and mortgage services will be offered to members/owners by The Meridian Club.
