This 4500 sq ft four bedroom - four bathroom riverfront home is located on one of the most exclusive streets in Noosa Waters. It has views over the river and it is neighbor to some of the most expensive and award winning homes in Noosa.
With your DHH 20 ft pontoon boat moored directly outside the house, you can meander at your own pace amongst the waterways.
This home is spread over two floors with the kitchen, swimming pool, living spaces and one of the queen guest bedrooms on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms, including the large master bedroom with jacuzzi bath, are on the second floor.
The kitchen and living spaces open on to both the pool and an enormous deck on the river side of the house.
The home has Plasma and LCD TV's, with cable TV & DVD players throughout. There is a laptop with Wi-fi broadband Internet and printer-copier-scanner-fax, an Xbox 360, and a large collection of books, games and DVD's.
Occupancy for this property is up to 8 members and their guests of Distinctive Holiday Homes.

The property itself is stunning but it is the concierge service and the attention to detail that took our holiday to a completely different level and way beyond our expectations.
Ulf and Karee-Ann did an exceptional job of catering to our every need and they were a step ahead of us the whole way we didn't need to ask them for much because they had already thought of everything. Right down to a new toothbrush in the bathroom which was fantastic as I had forgotten mine!
Prior to our arrival I had briefed Karee-Ann that it was a special weekend for us (being our daughter's birthday and our wedding anniversary). I don't think our daughter (Lily) will ever forget turning up to her bedroom decorated with Happy Birthday wallpaper, balloons, a card and a chocolate egg, these are the types of memories that will be spoken of in our family for many years to come.
The DHH fairies had also visited the restaurant where we were to have dinner on our anniversary leaving a card and decorations on the table even the waiter commented that he had never seen service like that before!!
Nick, we are so thrilled that we can now go to Noosa (or any of the DHH properties) with little more than the clothes we need because you and your team have thought of everything, from books, to music (great play list by the way), to boardgames, pool toys and the list goes on. It makes it SO easy for us which is just a wonderful thing to be on the receiving end of!
We have been telling everyone who will listen about our wonderful experience.
