Description: The Roaring Fork Club is a magical blend of rustic simplicity and refinement, spectacular wilderness and cultivated society set 15 miles west of Aspen in the charming mountain town of Basalt.
Member's Lodge:The heart of the Club is the intimate and rustic Member's Lodge, reminiscent of old fishing lodges with its chinked timber facades and wide, inviting porches. The comfortable 2-story Great Room with a moss rock fireplace and the veranda overlooking the 18th hole are places to gather and reflect on the day's adventures. The lodge also houses a library with billiards, vintner room, fitness and business facilities, as well as, the men's and women's locker rooms.
Suites:The Lodging Suites have been carefully sited to offer expansive views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and the surrounding natural beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley. The Lodging Suites are located across from the Members' Lodge, the Pro Shop and near the swimming pool and tennis courts on the Club's auto-free campus, only 15 miles from Aspen or Snowmass Village.
Cabins:True to the hearty spirit of summer camp, 48 rustic hand-hewn log cabins are situated along the wooded riverbanks and throughout the undulating meadows overlooking the valley. The cabins' casual interiors were designed with the notion that several generations might put their feet up and enjoy themselves. Outdoor stone fireplaces encourage time spent sharing family stories in cozy rocking chairs under the cover of blankets and starry skies.
