Trade to Travel has over 1,000 homes and residences in its exchange program and Demeure has about 2,000 luxury residences in its marketplace, so the combination creates a wide array of choices.

Demeure's Pay-With-Time program lets owners pay for travel with available weeks in their vacation properties. At the same time this generates new inventory for the Demeure community. Once a Demeure member books a trip using Pay-With-Time, their property is made available to other members. This structure means the entire Demeure community benefits from the additional inventory and cost savings on travel.

Leah co-founded her business over 20 years ago and has arranged accommodations for celebrities like Tommie Lee Jones, Wesley Snipes and Robert Downey Jr. Properties in TTT include private islands, European castles and the former US Presidential yacht – USS Sequoia.
