The equity destination club has been adding several homes to its second fund. Investment levels have also increased as vacation home prices start to recover.
The three most recent home additions are:
Grand Cayman
This three bedroom, three bathroom, 2,100 square foot condominium is located in a sought after, premier section of Seven Mile Beach, just 600 feet from the Ritz Carlton. The 260 square feet of screened in patio space overlooks a crescent moon beach and turquoise waters. A large infinity pool flanked by two hot tubs is available to all condo owners at The Beachcomber. There is a wide choice of activities, including fine and casual dining options, all within walking distance.
Waterside Beach, Florida
This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom Nantucket-style residence is located in an upscale gated community, nestled on the Gulf of Mexico between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
The residence boasts serene ocean views and is steps away from the white sand dunes that make Watersound such a desirable beach community. Inside this nearly 4,000 square-foot home are three en-suite bedrooms on the main floor, as well as the master bedroom and additional bedroom upstairs.
This home is perfectly set up for fun family vacations and entertaining friends and family. Enjoy the large luxury kitchen, idyllic front porch and private outdoor shower. Additionally, there are 2 golf carts for owners use in driving down the beach boardwalk or cruising over to the nearby Beach Club.
Lake Tahoe, California
This newly constructed four-bedroom, five-bathroom ski-in/ski-out residence includes a gorgeous grilling deck and hot tub perfect for any season. In addition to the residence, world-class skiing and unbeatable summer activities, owners also enjoy membership privileges at both the Tahoe Mountain Resort Club and Ritz Carlton Spa.
