Destination club Equity Residences recently announced their new Costa Rica addition to their Equity Platinum Fund portfolio. The funds investors can already stay at their brand-new Playa Potrero beachfront home, which offers sunset views over the Pacific Ocean. So far this year, Equity Residences has launched 5 homes located in 4 different countries and the state of Hawaii bringing their total to 16 owned residences.
Managing Director Greg Salley said investors are already enjoying the 4-bedroom home. The villa is located in a secure gated community that sits on a small peninsula formed by the Pacific Ocean. One of the most beautiful and pristine volcanic beaches in Guanacaste is located just a few steps outside.
Other homes added to the Equity Residences portfolio this year include a beachfront villa in Akumal, Rivera Maya; Cap Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic; the old walled city of Siena in Tuscany, Italy; and Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.
All the homes feature high-end furnishings, many sourced from local artisans. Kitchens have professional grade appliances and the interiors feature luxury finishes sourced from their local regions. For example, Greg said the Equity Platinum Fund penthouse in Siena, Italy is outfitted with Carrara marble mined in Northern Tuscany and locally crafted furniture designed by the local architect commissioned to design the interior.
Equity Residences investors can reserve all the Equity Villa Fund and Equity Platinum Fund residences, as well as hundreds of high – end homes available through affiliates ThirdHome and Elite Alliance.
Equity Residences partners with local concierge services to deliver a personal experience to their investors. Concierge services are offered for all residences while the Cap Cana and Akumal homes feature on-site staff that cater to the guests’ beck and call.
