The Platinum Fund, from this equity destination club, has added a new 5-bedroom beach home for their investors.
Located on the Emerald Coast of Florida on the beach side of 30A, this spacious vacation home has sleeping for 12, including bunk rooms for the kids. It’s in a private gated community of just 25 homes and is one house back from the beach, meaning that it’s all of 100 steps before you get the sand between your toes.
The house has its own private pool and comes stocked with paddleboards, kayaks and four beach cruisers. The bikes provide more options to enjoy the 17-mile walking and bike path, which is located just outside the community entrance.
Rosemary Beach is known for golfing, bike riding, dining, and shopping, plus there’s fishing, tennis and a fitness center all nearby.
The nearest airport is Panama City which is only 20 miles away and has commercial services from Delta, Southwest and United.
Equity Residences buys high-end vacation residences for investment gains and the personal enjoyment of the fund investors. The Equity Platinum Fund plans to raise $50 million to acquire over 20 luxury vacation residences. The investors use the homes for their vacations and the management team also generate rental income from third parties to off-set the operating and maintenance costs.
Managing Director Greg Salley noted “Our investment model has proven to be very successful with early properties in our first fund already appreciating over 100%. Low fees and significant value from rent–free vacations enable us to deliver the highest investment returns in the industry.”
The Equity Platinum Fund also owns homes on Hawaii and at Lake Tahoe.
