Description
In May 2023 HomeSlice put fundraising on hold, and will reassess as market conditions change.
As a HomeSlice member you will have access to a portfolio of premium vacation homes and the ability to enjoy up to 28 nights a year all the while saving significantly compared to traditional vacation rental properties.
The average acquisition value of the homes across the portfolio will be $2.6m, with sufficient capital for fresh interior furnishings, kitchen essentials and luxury linens, state-of-the-art IOT/AV, and delightful decor. The homes have three or more bedrooms each providing plenty of room to create memories with friends and family. The fund will have a ten year horizon and at the end of the fund lifecycle, after returning the initial capital to members, then 80% of all value appreciation will be distributed to members.
HomeSlice manages all maintenance aspects of the home, providing a carefree and delightful experience. Members also have access to dedicated concierge services to guarantee exceptional travel experiences.
HomeSlice also offers the ability to split your investment and "Create a Crew" which pools your investment to share in travel experiences and make memories together. A crew shares the same access and membership rights as an individual member at a fraction of the cost.
