Luxury destination club Inspirato now has even more options to offer members, with the addition of 99 new properties to their portfolio. The expanded property list also adds several new destinations for members to enjoy.
In February, Inspirato announced the addition of 65 new properties, marking the largest portfolio expansion in company history. Fifteen of the new properties are luxury residences; the remaining 50 are based at 17 hotels and resorts. The property locations include multiple European cities, and such popular US vacation spots as Martha’s Vineyard and Kauai. Among the new destinations are British Columbia, Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast, Bermuda, and Ixtapa (Mexico). Sample residences are the Cliff Point Estate in Austin, Texas, a seven-bedroom property capable of sleeping up to 14 guests, and Villa Los Altos, a five-bedroom villa with stunning views in the new Dominican Republic destination of Casa de Campo.
The February announcement was followed by the addition in May of another 34 properties in 15 destinations. Six of these destinations are new: Fogo Island (Newfoundland), East Hampton (NY), Avalon/Stone Harbor (NJ), Puglia (Italy), Paradise Island (Bahamas), and Jupiter (FL). New properties have also been added to existing favorite destinations, for example, the Sunrise resort residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.
The expanded portfolio comes as Inspirato enjoys continued growth. The introduction of the new Key Membership option in October led to Q4 2015 being its strongest sales quarter to date. The club’s membership now stands at over 13,500, and company leaders expect the level of growth to continue as more choices are added to the portfolio.
Company founder, Brian Corbett, says, “Growing the club is good news for all of our members. As we grow, we are able to add more new homes, resorts, hotels, and experiences for everyone to enjoy.” Fellow founder and CEO Brent Handler goes on to say that, with Inspirato celebrating five years in the luxury destination club market, the company remains “more focused than ever on adding value and making our members happy.”
Inspirato’s Key Membership option requires an Initiation Fee of $7,500 and a monthly membership fee of $325. Members have the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time. As members, they have access to Inspirato’s entire portfolio of luxury destinations and properties, and the high level Inspirato concierge service.
