There are three pieces to the cost of being a member of Inspirato. One is the initial membership fee, then there are annual dues and lastly there is the cost of each night that you travel with the club. Here are some examples of each of these prices.

Vacation Home Costs

Inspirato offers a variety of travel options for members including hotels, cruises, experiences and custom travel, but the flagship vacation options are the club’s luxury vacation homes. Each one of these homes is managed, staffed and maintained by Inspirato.

The nightly rates for these homes vary depending on the location, the size of the home and the time of year. We asked Inspirato for examples of some of the peak nightly rates at a few homes, just to show the most expensive options. For each of these homes, the rates will be lower at other times of the year.

- Vail, Colorado

The 3 bedroom, 2,386 sq ft Silverleaf condo is in the Solaris complex in the center of Vail village. It’s walking distance to the ski lifts along heated walkways and there’s complimentary ski storage near the base of Gondola 1. Members also have a complimentary parking spot in downtown Vail and access to the Inspirato Member Lounge.

For February 16-23, 2019 (President’s Week — a peak time for ski vacations) the nightly rate is $2,850.

In comparison, this same condo is only $410 per night in mid-October, a much quieter shoulder season in the mountains.

- Los Cabos, Mexico

The 4 bedroom, 3,300 sq ft Casa Marbella villa is at the Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza in Los Cabos. This third-floor home offers ocean views and a spacious outdoor patio with a dining area. The dual master suites each have a private terrace. Inspirato members have access to the fitness center and yoga classes, the Award-winning Spa and the Punta Ballena Beach Club.

For November 17-24, 2018 (Thanksgiving Week — a peak time for going to warm destinations) the nightly rate is $1,800.

In comparison, this villa is just $870 per night for the first week in December, so just a week later.

- Tuscany, Italy

Monticelli is a 6 bedroom, 6,455 sq ft contemporary farmhouse in the Val d’Orcia region of Tuscany. This vacation villa features an Infinity-edge pool and expansive outdoor terrace, overlooking the valley. The beautifully landscaped exterior also has rare roses, large oak trees, and an orchard. While inside there are en-suite baths for every bedroom, a fitness room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The Inspirato on-site team is available to deliver a personal, authentic Tuscan experience.

For September 22-25, 2018 (peak harvest season) the nightly rate is $2,040.

This particular villa is not available over the winter, which would be a low season. Inspirato has other smaller 4 bedroom villas in Tuscany which are priced from $710 per night in the January low season.

Jaunt Offerings

The Jaunt programs offer specially discounted trips at both the clubs homes and at hotel partners. Jaunt52 is the name for discounted pre-selected dates over the next 12 months, while JauntNow offers savings throughout the Inspirato Collection for trips available in the next 30 days.

A couple of current examples that Inspirato shared are:

This spacious 2 bedroom London flat is centrally located across from Hyde Park and within easy walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The rate for September 27-30, 2018, is $290 per night. In comparison the nightly rate is $710 in mid-November and goes up to $2,240 per night, for a three night stay in mid-December.

Villa Altamira is a 4,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom home on the Cacique Peninsula in Costa Rica. The home has incredible ocean views and is just a five-minute drive from the beach at Playa del Coco. The dedicated housekeeper will prepare a daily breakfast and the nightly rate in the middle of January is $890. If you can travel before mid-October the nightly Jaunt rate is just $350 per night, but then rises to $1,110 in November and $1,410 in December.

Joining & Membership Fees

Inspirato currently has three membership types, Key, Family and Executive, with joining fees starting at $10,000 for the Key level and going up to $35,000 for the Executive level. Annual dues are $3,500 for each level. When joining at the Family and Executive levels, members receive a complimentary premium trip valued at up to $15,000. And they also receive a rotating quarterly offer for joining — this is currently a $2,000 Nordstrom gift card, while past offers have included $2,000 in Inspirato Travel Perks, a $2,000 Disney gift card, a Peloton bike, and more.

Editorial Update: Since this article was published in September 2018 Inspirato has changed its joining and membership fees. Under the new model, the initiation fee has been replaced by a $600 enrollment fee. There is then a monthly subscription fee of $600 per month instead of an annual fee. In 2019 the club also introduced the Inspirato Pass program which allows unlimited travel for an all inclusive monthly fee of $2,500.
