Luxury destination club LUSSO Collection recently announced the availability of its new home in Aspen Highlands.
The home is located at the base of Aspen highlands and provides direct ski access. With a traditional stone and timber exterior, the large 4,500 sq ft home has four bedrooms each with a private bath and total sleeping for 10. So, like many destination club homes in the mountains, there is lots of room to host friends and/or family.
The home also features a large gourmet kitchen, spacious game room and wet bar, a grand living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace and huge picture windows and a sundeck and patio. As with most LUSSO homes, there's also a Lincoln Navigator available for members use. LUSSO members can reserve the home now for use from 5th January 2008.
LUSSOs 20 homes are in 12 different locations throughout the US, Bahamas and Mexico and have an average value of $3m. The club also has homes under development in Panama. Members, who pay an initial fee of $395,000 and annual dues of $26,500, have unlimited use of the clubs homes, subject to the clubs reservation policies.
Aspen is a popular location for both destination clubs and private residence clubs. Other destination clubs with homes in the area are Solstice and Exclusive Resorts. The Residences at the Little Nell is the most expensive private residence club that we've come across, and there are a wide selection of other residence clubs and luxury fractionals in and around the town.
