Description
Ultimate Resort merged with Private Escapes to form a new destination club Ultimate Escapes.
Ultimate Resort had two club levels, Ultimate Resort Signature which had homes with an average value of $1.5m and Ultimate Resort ELITE with $3.0m homes.
Both clubs had 5 tiers of membership including a corporate membership option. Platinum membership of either club was the highest tier and offered 42 days of usage. At the other end of the scale, bronze membership in Ultimate Resort offered 14 days of usage, for an initial membership fee of $125,000 and a $10,000 annual fee. All members could purchase additional days to top up their annual amount.
All the clubs properties were placed in a Members Trust to provide a guarantee for the initial membership fees.
Beach, mountain and golf residences were generally three to five bedrooms and were between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet; city residences were generally one or two bedroom suites between 1,200 and 1,500 square feet.
