We are currently at the Equity Estates home in Hilton Head. We have been here for four nights and the WOW factor still has not worn off!! The home is GORGEOUS so well equiped.

Equity Estates has thougt of everything, even an electric Razor scooter for the kids!!! The location of the home couldn't be better... out the back door to the beach and less than a mile to Coligny Plaza! We had a private chef, recommended by EE when we did our pretrip planning, for the first night and it was so amazing and convenient that we hired them for another night! 

This was our second Equity Estates trip (Cabo a month ago...beautiful home as well) and it just reinforces our decision.

The house is located about three quarters of a mile from Coligny Plaza and a couple of miles from Sea Pines. Very convenient in that at Coligny Plaza there are some shops, a bakery, italian ice stand, a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. Very easy to run or bike and get a few things at a moment's notice.

The house itself is absolutely gorgeous!!! Dark hardwood distressed floors, a cool pale blue and brown color scheme with 2 fabulous master suites. One is located on the main level as is another bedroom with a queen bed. The other master is upstairs with two other bedrooms, one queen and one with two twins. There is another laundry room upstairs as well. There is an elevator, outdoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit, beautiful and spacious living areas on both the main and upper level as well as three outdoor decks with everything overlooking the ocean!!

We had, as I mentioned, a chef two nights. The house has a big well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill which we used twice. 

Just out the lower level over a small sand dune is the beach. They provided plenty of chairs, toys, coolers, etc. for a perfect day at the beach. We left our bikes parked right at the dune so we could pick them up and ride at any time. EE had four bikes at the house already and arranged for additional bikes to be dropped off and picked up for us. Very convenient.
