We invested with Equity Estates in February after months of exploring all the options available in the market. In the last three months we have taken three trips to three different EE properties. Each experience has been fantastic.  We spent spring break skiing in Telluride with our three children; ages 11, 13, & 16. The place there is unbelievably beautiful. The family was spoiled by the "ski valet" and watching incredible sunsets from the hot tub on the deck.

My wife and I sneaked off to Turks and Caicos for several days in May. The beachfront, penthouse property with an elevator that opens into the livingroom and views that reach forever was very romantic. We had a wonderful time despite - or maybe because of - some rain.

We then went to NYC for the first week of June and stayed at the new midtown property. The apartment is beautiful and the location was perfect for seeing four shows in as many days. Watching the traffic on 9th Avenue from 50+ stories up is an experience. 

My business partner is staying at the new house in LaJolla this week so I'll get a report from him in a few days. Setting him up with the trip was completely painless. 

The team at EE has done a great job throughout the process. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to get away to our next property. Hearing my neighbor complain about the maintenance on his lake house last weekend made me smile. There is nothing better than just showing up and having fun.
