The Canadian equity destination club has just acquired two 3,000 square foot, three-bedroom homes in The Rocks Luxury Residence Club in North Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Rocks Luxury Residence Club is a private, gated community on 22 acres in the high Sonoran desert, managed by Troon Golf. It is centrally located with easy access to the airport and upscale shopping. The new properties are only 15-20 minutes from Kierland Commons, and 30 minutes from old Scottsdale. They offer dramatic views of Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain, Four Peaks and the McDowell Mountains. The area is great for hiking and biking.

Members use of the homes includes access to The Rocks community facilities which contain a clubhouse, fitness center, spa, billiards room, pool and a cigar terrace. A personal concierge, exclusive chef, bell staff and personalized spa treatments are also available.
